I’ve been packing lunches for my husband and I for a couple years now. It’s sometimes been a challenge to keep them interesting, tasty, filling, and healthy all at once. Since I haven’t uploaded the recent pics yet, I thought I’d at least post some of the past ones.
Pizza Sandwich topped with basil, Edamame, and green salad with pine nuts, cucumber and carrot slices.
Cucumber slices topped with balsamic dressing, steamed rice and beef topped with cilantro, strawberry chocolates for dessert.
Turkey sandwich with mustard, half banana plus mini-choclates, zucchini slices and dip.
